Nate Leckband's Running History:I began running competitively my junior year of high school, running my first 3200m in 11:08. Since then I've run races ranging from 200 meters to 50 kilometers. I've run intermediate hurdles, steeplechases, and marathons. I've run on indoor tracks, outdoor tracks, trails, roads, gravel, and pavement.
After taking a break from college, my wife convinced me to run the 2009 Twin Cities Marathon. I've been hooked since.
Running keeps me sane. I do my best thinking, forget my problems, and enjoy the outdoors while running.
As if November of 2016, I've run over a dozen marathons including Twin Cities, Lake Wobegon Trail, Rock 'n Roll St. Louis, Minneapolis Marathon, Chicago, Boston, and the Brainerd Jaycees Run for The Lakes.
I like to run fast, slow, and everything in between.
I have a passion for helping other runners achieve their goals, and I keep up to date on the latest in training methods and exercise physiology. If you are interested in a custom training plan, use the contact form or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
