About Me

2011 Boston Marathon
I began running competitively my junior year of high school, running my first 3200m in 11:08. Since then I've run races ranging from 200 meters to 50 kilometers.

After taking a break from running after college, my wife convinced me to run the 2009 Twin Cities Marathon. I've been hooked since.

Running keeps me sane. I do my best thinking, forget my problems, and enjoy the outdoors while running.

As of May of 2018, I've run over a fifteen marathons including Twin Cities, Lake Wobegon Trail, PNC Bank Milwaukee, Rock 'n Roll St. Louis, Minneapolis, Chicago, Boston, and the Brainerd Jaycees Run for The Lakes.

I like to run fast, slow, and everything in between.

I have a passion for helping other runners achieve their goals, and I keep up to date on the latest in training methods and exercise physiology. If you are interested in a custom training plan, use the contact form or e-mail me at leckbann@gmail.com.
