Coaching Services - Winter/Spring 2017/2018
The periodical posts on this blog have been over for some time. However, I am still offering coaching services. I have 4 - 6 spots left for my winter and spring training, and may have additional openings as the season progresses. Those looking to run a new personal best time or who would like to tackle a new distance, I can help get you ready with a custom training plan. There are already fewer that 20 weeks until the first outdoor Minnesota Marathon, and there are many other spring before and after, so let me know soon if you are looking for some guidance.
If you're looking to get into running, whether it's to have a stress-relieving activity, improve your body composition, get into a regular routine of running, or be able to run farther or faster, I can make you a training plan suited to your interests and schedule.
If you're not looking for a coach, I'd love to hear about what you're doing to stay in shape this winter. Running on an indoor track or treadmill? Skiing or snow shoeing? Lifting weights or doing cardio machines at a gym?
